In my shop, prices are marked up because of the VERY OBVIOUS reasons :
rental charges + staff salaries, and the fact that I have to stock up
and display the items for customers easy and breezy choosing (which a lot of people
are, they prefer to "belek-belek" (browse and look intently at merchandise to be convinced of

the quality before making purchases, then this "OFFLINE BUYS" are for you.
So, please do not be nasty at my staff saying :

That's very rude!!! We never force anyone to buy. The money is

6. Postage charges standards are as below :

WEST MALAYSIA - SEMENANJUNG

0.5 kg & below : RM 6.00

0.5 - 2 kg : RM 25.00

2 kg above I will advise in the quote i send you

SABAH & SARAWAK

0.5 kg & below : RM 10.00

0.5 kg - 2 kg : RM 40.00

2 kg above I will advise in the quote I send you

OTHER COUNTRIES

POSLAJU (Malaysia's National Courier) will be used in delivering your goods and the costs will be given in my quotation.
Charges varies, depending on your location/country.

KANGAROO- for MALAYSIA ONLY

7. You make payment. FULL payment is considered as

CONFIRMED order. NO BOOKING will be accepted unless specified.

8. For some items, i do allow bookings. Once the items arrive, I will ask for full payment to be made (for those who booked) before I send out the items.

For International buyers, you need to instruct your local bank for money transfer into our Malaysian local bank, and any banking transfer costs will be bourne by you, as I do not have any Pay Pal or international bank account yet.

8. Postage will be done the next day

after payment have been cleared, I will alert you with

TRACKING NO.

(Monday to Fridays only, no delivery on weekends or public holidays).

9. Please track your parcel using the DELIVERY TRACKING

link here.

10. Ensure there's someone at your end to pick up the goods.

Any returned items, the postage charges for re-postage will

be bourne by you.

10. Items sold are NOT RETURNABLE.

I trust that every single item sent out to my customers

are all in good condition, un-used, and brand new.

11. In cases of wrong sizes (eg you pick a size 6 month romper for your baby but it doesnt fit your baby well, you need a size larger or smaller, they can be exchanged, depending on stock availability, For this type of exchange, the postage will be bourne by you- IF POSSIBLE, try to avoid this unless you can self-collect, as this will waste money and time.

12. Please read remarks in my post for some particular merchandise (eg Baby GAP Pyjama- snug fitting, if you want to wear loose, take at least 2 size bigger than your baby's age) and take my recommendations seriously to avoid frustration on your side.

PLEASE SETTLE PAYMENT within 24 hrs after confirmation of order. If payment is not received by then, the sale is VOID.

I do not RESERVE the items for you, unless you are a very REGULAR CUSTOMER.
