In my shop, prices are marked up because of the VERY OBVIOUS reasons :
rental charges + staff salaries, and the fact that I have to stock up
and display the items for customers easy and breezy choosing (which a lot of people
are, they prefer to "belek-belek" (browse and look intently at merchandise to be convinced of
the quality before making purchases, then this "OFFLINE BUYS" are for you.
So, please do not be nasty at my staff saying :
"alah...online baru RM20 je, kat sini mahal!"
That's very rude!!! We never force anyone to buy. The money is
yours and it's your choice to make. But hey... at least be nice!!!

Q1 : Can I get the same price as your online price?
